Job Summary

Position will require you to manage a bankruptcy filing from start to finish. You will be working closely with the lead attorney in the bankruptcy department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client intake
  • Petition preparation 
  • Case review
  • Calendar maintenance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work well with others in a professional office environment.
  • Be organized and communicative.
  • Proficiency with Best Case
  • Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy experience required
